  Can improve the facilities

  We visited kashmir during the winter. The temperature was freezing cold Hotel in srinagar could have been better. Houseboat which was promised in the itinerary wasnot provided. The stay at houseboat was a nightmare.but Aijaz Ahmed sir is a humble person, he had responded to every call and arranged all the facilities. Tanveeer hussain our driver was helpful. Do checkout all the hotels before booking. Room and bed heater must during winters.

  Kashmir Experience

  The overall experience was very good, had good stays at 3 star hotels, but the Pahalgam Hotel stay was pathetic, so please do check all the hotels before proceeding for booking, as it might not get changed at the very moment. We would especially like to appreciate very good service, support and guidance provided by our driver Bashir from Shining Star Holidays who helped throughout our package tour schedule. Bashir's inputs helped us negotiate well for all the personal expenses towards local sightseeing at the various locations as applicable.

  Very good experience

  We recently completed the 7 days/ 6 nights customizable Kashmir tour (Srinagar-Sonmarg-Gulmarg-Pahalgam-Srinagar) with Shining Star Holidays. It was a memorable and enjoyable experience.
