Itinerary
Morning: Arrive in Ahmedabad, Gujarat’s largest city. Meet & greet at the airport/station and board the private vehicle for transfer to Rann of Kutch (Approx. 7-hour drive). En route, enjoy scenic views of Gujarat's landscapes, stopping for breaks as needed. Afternoon: Lunch at a local restaurant (on the way). Arrive at Rann of Kutch, the vast salt desert, and check-in at your accommodation. Evening: Rann Utsav (if visiting during festival months): Enjoy cultural performances, traditional dances, and a visit to the White Rann for the stunning sunset. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Morning: Breakfast at the hotel. Depart for Patan (Approx. 2-hour drive), famous for the ancient Rani ki Vav (Stepwell), a UNESCO World Heritage site. Explore the stunning architecture and historical significance of Rani ki Vav. Afternoon: Lunch at a local restaurant. Drive to Modhera (Approx. 1.5-hour drive) to visit the famous Modhera Sun Temple, an ancient and beautifully carved temple dedicated to the Sun God. Continue the journey towards Diu (Approx. 6-hour drive). Arrive by evening. Evening: Check-in at your accommodation in Diu, a coastal town known for its beautiful beaches and Portuguese colonial heritage. Relax with a leisurely walk along the beach. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Morning: Breakfast at the hotel. Visit Diu Fort, St. Paul's Church, and Nagoa Beach for a relaxing day by the sea. Explore the quaint lanes and vibrant streets of Diu, soaking in its unique blend of cultures. Afternoon: Lunch at a local seaside restaurant. After lunch, visit Gangeshwar Temple and take a relaxing boat ride along the coastline (optional activity). Evening: Transfer to Diu Airport or Surat Railway Station for your onward journey.
